Salem YMCA Fencing Studio
Ben (left) discovers just how long Mike's reach actually is. May 2002

The YMCA Fencing Club in Salem was created in December of 1999 as a place for people in the community to fence in Salem. Since then, the club has continued to grow. In September 2003, we moved into our own facility and changed our name slightly to reflect that. The Salem YMCA Fencing Studio is located at 1900 Front Street NE in Salem. The phone number there is 503-399-2796.

We welcome new members! We offer classes as well as a place for people of all ages and abilities to fence. The primary emphasis at our club is on foil, although you will find the occasional epée or saber bout. We do not use electrical fencing equipment.
